Established in London by founders Alice Arbuthnot and Chelsea Quartey-Wheeler, who together have 20 years’ experience of working in the interior design and recruitment industries.
Alice has worked for top interior design companies, and Chelsea has an impressive track record for placing candidates in the luxury interior design world.
We've seen firsthand the complexities and challenges companies face when searching for new talent so have combined our complimentary experience to fill this niche.

OUR PROCESS
We navigate the complex world of recruitment for you to ensure a smooth and stress free experience, handling the entire process from start to finish. We are thorough in our approach. All candidates are interviewed by us to ensure their career aspirations are in line with the job at hand. We meet with clients and their teams to better understand company culture and values. Importantly, we check in after a placement is made.
CLIENTS
Our priority is finding the right fit for our clients. We hone in on the job requirements and send a small number of the right CV's as opposed to presenting numerous ones that do not align. We also write a covering message for each candidate that gives information beyond just their CV. We appreciate the cost of recruitment so are proud to maintain low rates. Roles we recruit for include interior designers, studio managers, showroom staff and PR & marketing positions.
CANDIDATES
We prepare our candidates in the best way possible, offering CV and cover letter guidance and assist with interview preparations. Most importantly, we get to know them and their career aspirations to ensure they are targeting the right companies and job roles best suited to them. We hope to maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their careers.
